Job description

As a Marketing Automation Specialist you'll enhance our CRM activities across all customer touchpoints using an omni-channel approach. By leveraging your expertise in MarTech and CRM strategies, you'll drive customer engagement and increase sales through personalized, data-driven automated flows. You will bridge the gap between CRM marketing and tech, working closely with various teams to implement effective campaigns.

Your impact

• Develop a comprehensive strategy for CRM, marketing automation and customer data platforms
• Design and implement new campaigns across various channels
• Own our campaign management tool Marigold engage
• Oversee, innovate and set up A/B tests for automated flows
• Lead profile enrichment projects to enhance personalized campaigns
• Analyze performance and database metrics
• Participate in diverse projects together with the CRM marketeers and the customer data product team.

What skills will bring you to the top?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in CRM marketing and marketing automation
• You have strong knowledge of MarTech architectures.
• You have experience with Marigold or similar CRM platforms.
• You are able to create, communicate and execute roadmaps.
• You have strong analytical skills, including reporting and delivering actionable insights.
