Your role as Supervisor Spijkenisse

As a supervisor in Spijkenisse, you will be responsible for:

• Enthusing and motivating your team members

• Keeping your team members focused on the given direction

• Ensuring a good work-life balance (2 days in the office, 3 days at home, transition leave, holiday swapping)

• Encouraging a work environment where colleagues provide each other with feedback

• Daily evaluating the progress of results with your cluster manager

• Serving as the first point of contact for your team members on complex issues and emergencies

• Contributing to the development of your colleagues' skills by coaching, providing feedback, leading by example, and onboarding new team members
