beBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Assistance Analyst to join our team in La Haya.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
The Customer Assistance Analyst will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshooting customer issues and providing technical support
• Investigating customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner
• Documenting customer interactions in our customer service database
• Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions

The ideal candidate should have:

• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
